A little record with a rather surprising country-rock atmosphere because it was exported from a cold country, Finland. And this album is not lacking in strengths. Voices that sound American without a European accent. Two good guitars, an efficient bass, a subtle drums and a keyboard playing classical sounds (piano and organ). The group offers fast country ballads (“Any chosen way”, “Night train”, “My brother and me”) or slower (“Change my mind”, “Changes”) as well as country-rock tracks that make you stomp your foot (“Slowdown train”). An honest and coherent album whose American accents will delight lovers of country-rock.
